Dropped in from Columbus, OH to the 530am class with Summer. Whole crew was super friendly/welcoming.Programming was good traditional CrossFit - strength component was a squat snatch/OH squat complex followed by a metcon w/ dubs and dual db snatches.Plenty of room, all of the equipment you could need, and everything in great shape. Well built, well organized, well run box. Would be a member here if I lived locally, and highly recommend to drop-in for anybody passing through.Only complaint - no tees available! Miss the good ole days when a drop-in always meant a souvenir tee to wear in your home gym :)

Had an awesome drop-in visit, loved the instruction and pacing that Coach Summer gave everyone. Box is fantastically equipped and Jan was very helpful in setting up my drop-in payment. Will definitely visit again when in town!

When I first moved to Denver, I did not know anyone here and deeply desired community. I was interested in CrossFit and someone recommended I check out 720 Athletics. Two years later, I can say that was an awesome recommendation. I have really enjoyed my time at this gym and developed a tight community of friends with both the coaches and other members. Additionally, I can say confidently that I am the most physically and mentally fit I have ever been in my entire life. I have really enjoyed being challenged by the workouts at this gym and seeing the progression of my fitness and discipline. The coaches are always diligent in providing tweaks to the workouts to make sure members get a challenging workout according to their own fitness levels and the capabilities of their body. Both the coaches and other members are very generous and patient with me, spending time to teach me the nuances of difficult movements. Also, the gym itself looks incredible. You would be hard-pressed to find a more aesthetically pleasing gym in Denver.

Dropped in for the 630am class with Jan while I was in town for a conference, and I absolutely loved it. Jan was welcoming and helpful, the gym is very nice and clean, and I had a challenging workout. Their showers were also great and came with shampoo.

Dropped in while in town for business and the coach was very accommodating and the equipment and facilities were top notch. If you’re downtown Denver and want to burn a few (or few hundred) calories, stop in and see the 720 Athletics crew!

Dropped in while in town on business. Nice clean gym, plenty of equipment and friendly people. They have a great area for open gym even during class sessions, so I was able to do my own workout without disrupting the class.

I dropped in for a couple of WODS whilst travelling from Oz. The coaches, Summer and Ryan were great. The altitude nearly killed me but the team at 6.20 were a nice crew. Recommend.

Did a drop in whilst I was visiting Denver over Christmas period. The communication before I came was perfect and they welcomed me when I arrived. The class coached by Jan was ace and I’ll definitely go back when I’m next about.

This gym is AMAZING! The people and community are great, the owner is wonderful and the programming is fantastic. I’m super picky about workout structure and programming and 720 does a perfect job of providing a great workout without overdoing it. There’s a focus on warm ups, accessory work and mobility which is so hard to find! I cannot recommend this gym enough!
