Tiny locker rooms. Kind of weird layout at this location. Doesn’t feel like a gym should be in this building. And… as always w “24 hour” fitness, they close WAY too early. Especially Friday Saturday and Sunday. Got here at 8pm Friday evening. They close at 9. Wont be able to finish my workout in an hour. They should be open at least as late as the damn liquor store across the street on Friday night.

I love the convenience of 24 hour fitness and the equipment provided is great. Every time I’ve gone, I’ve had to immediately leave because it is SO overcrowded. I’ve gone in the morning, evening, and afternoon around 3 and all the same story. When I signed up, I was warned it’s pretty busy, but wasn’t expecting it to be so busy I couldn’t even get a workout in. Not to mention the equipment is pretty gross - I assume most folks using it don’t clean it up maybe. I want to love this place, but I feel like I’m wasting my membership when I go in and can’t even do a (non-cardio) workout :(. I won’t be back to this location unfortunately for that reason.

Update:Is this place even open still?Hard to believe anyone would still be giving their money to this business after how they screwed their customers during the pandemic. We had to have our bank stop the automatic withdrawals and even then they got 2 months of dues from us after the gym was closed and we never got it back. This entire company deserves to be out of business.

The only good thing about this gym is the front desk person TJ! :) He was warm, genuine and welcoming!! The rest of the gym is run down, dirty and straight outta 2001 lol.

Just moved to Denver and looking to establish a new gym membership. Signed up for the 3 day guest pass only to to be denied entrance because you need to have an ID with a Denver address - I moved three days prior, so obviously I don’t have a new ID just yet. There is no shortage of gyms in Denver, so I signed at another place.

Please actually fix equipment! AND get urinal for the Mens bathroom… there has been a plank of wood sitting in its place for weeks. Unsanitary gym and equipment

This branch has serious air ventilation issues, it sticks and I’ve reported it many times without any response.Never experienced such issue in gyms like LA Fitness or NYSC

Not open 24 hours anymore so they fired the overnight cleaning crew. If you come around 2pm, there will be no music and you get to listen to the sweet sounds of the vacuum cleaner for over an HOUR. Not only that, you get to play jump rope with the vacuum cord. Skip this location at all costs.

Thank you for listening to all the feedback and apologizing for the broken equipment/crowded conditions. Your responses are helpful to prospective patrons. Given the consistency of the feedback and management response to it you are doing a great job getting members to help solve the overcrowding problem by thinking about going to a new gym.

Outdated and crowded. One bench press and half the people there just like to text and Snapchat that they’re at the gym instead of actually workout, taking up 30 minutes on the one bench press just to do 3 sets of 5 of 135 pounds. Didn’t even get to workout. It’s dirty and smells horrible.
