I always have a good workout. I have been going 2 years. I go 3-4 days per week. I have not plateaued.

Been going here 3x week all year. I’ve seen significant changes in my energy level and body. It’s a fun workout and on the days I’m not particularly feeling like working out it helps to know it will be over in just 30 minutes.
