They make it as hard as possible to cancel your subscription. 30 days notice and any payments in that period will be charged normally. On top of that an additional fine print buyout fee that was more than I was told it would be in person. Their system requires you to submit an application to quit, one that has no required fields so you can easily fill it out wrong. Conveniently, they have no notification system around this process. If it’s filled out wrong, they won’t let you know. They won’t even let you know it’s been submitted okay. You will have to take it upon yourself to reach out and find out if everything went through. If you don’t then your membership will continue. Pretty shady, I won’t be signing with anytime fitness again

The owners change the pay scale and pay system at will causing continuous turnover in trainers and staff - refuse to even supply written contract. In the last month, they lost two trainers and the office manager. Do not support such people. Your dues enriches them while they abuse employees.

No running water. Got a great workout in this morning before work just to find out none of the showers work. Going to be a stinky day in the office. Give your members what they pay for please.

Well maintained gym with a good variety of free weights, barbells, and machines. Good neighborhood vibe and not oversaturated with a million cardio machines.

Matt is a great guy- he is a hands on owner who reaches out to ensure members’ needs are met. Denver is a second home for me so don’t get in as often as I’d like. I’ll be back next week. Can’t wait to get back in..

Very friendly staff, always looking out for their people. It's not overly crowed. Good size gym. Recommend anyone that is looking for a good gym for their fitness journey. Or just a good overall gym.

This review is strictly on customer service. The facilities looked nice and I am sure it is a decent gym. I called on Friday and spoke with their rep about a 2 month option where I would be paying a bunch a fees. I asked for pricing and she said we could set up an appointment for Monday. Cool works for me. She stated she would talk to the owners about my situation beforehand to see if they would be willing to waive the fees.Monday I go into the location and she has not contacted the owners. I am in the location less than 2 minutes with her giving me all of the pricing options she could have given me over the phone. I then would not have had to waste my time going into the location just to walk back out due to the pricing. All of this could have been handled over the phone.

Great gym. Very clean, polite, and customer friendly. I love that I can go any time I want, especially during the holidays. The gym is small but it has all the equipment I need. Peak times can get a bit full and sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot. That aside it's probably the best gym I've been to. Anytime fitness feels like part of the local community.
