This place! Amazing! I love how small the classes are so you really feel like you’re getting something out of it! Not that it wouldn’t kick your butt with 50 people, but it makes it feel better with less people watching you! ☺️ Can’t wait for my next class

I reviewed Barre Forte when I joined in the summer of 2014, but they have evolved in ways that merit an update; especially with the recent addition of BAR(RE)BOUND.BAR(RE)BOUND is intervals of their signature barre exercises broken up by bursts of high-intensity choreography on a little bébé trampoline (thus the "rebound"). The intervals are 3-8 minutes but with choreography that stays fresh, led by instructors who are supportive, energizing and fun, it feels like a flash. Since they introduced it I've tried to go at least once a week, and it's been exactly what I needed to get past a plateau and reach my goal of being a single-digit dress size. (In the left pictures I was pushing a size 16, the dress in the right picture is a size 8.)While the barre classes are great for toning, strengthening, flexibility, and have helped me maintain a healthy weight for the first time in my life; the rebound class is where the rubber meets the road on slimming down. The other remarkable feature of the class is its low impact on the joints while being so effective at fat-burning: the knees I thought were smoked and doomed to surgery by heredity and a lifetime of being overweight have improved.A couple of days ago my friend summed up a pilates class she took elsewhere as effective core work but not conducive to weight loss. This is a slump the owners of Barre Forte have avoided with their innovative program changes. I was heartbroken when they canceled a different HIIT class, but "Bar(re)bound" is such a fun class I have literally "Lyfted" in snow storms and to get my fix (and avoid cabin fever). They recently started offering it at Southmoor but it was worth it for me to drive to Highlands Ranch. The only thing I haven't been able to trim down is the good things I have to say about Barre Forte. I could go on forever about how my life has changed in the 4+ years since joining: But instead I'll wrap it up so anyone still reading can sign up for a class!

I recently moved to Denver and was concerned about finding a fitness community that was similar to what I left. I’m so glad I found Barre Forte! Everyone was so nice- they even set up my place for me. The ladies in the class and instructor were super encouraging as well. I instantly felt comfortable. I can’t wait for my next class!

Barre Forte is the BEST! I gave up on fitness for years and finally worked up the courage and tried Barre Forte once and was immediately hooked! I am not particularly coordinated so I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up but the instructors are incredible and so helpful that it was no issue. So even though they constantly switch up the choreography (which is super awesome--never boring) you never have to worry about being left in the dust. The focus will always be on form and making sure you are protecting yourself and doing the best thing for you & your body. Aside from all the awesome class formats they offer, and the awesome instructors, the studios themselves are all super chic. Check them out I guarantee you will not disappointed!
