Smells like sweat when you go in which is normal for a packed, popular gym. Lots of new years resolution people in the crowd, hopefully they weed out soon. Management is strict about guest passes having to have both parties present when you enter. This gym makes so much money they could definetly be more lax about micromanaging whether the guest arrives earlier for the guest pass. The saunas are broken atm which sucks too.

This place is crawling with people at 5AM.I can’t imagine what it’s like at 5PM. You have to change your work out minute by minute because all the equipment is in use. With all that use, things are constantly broken. Strangely they also allow filming which is unusual for a gym. No one wants to be in your TikTok video guys. Some people may feel self conscious at the gym and not want to be filmed. I personally don’t care that much I guess. I just hate “influencers”. The gym stays clean which is a plus. I will say though if I had another gym option I’d probably take it. The cons out weight the few pros.

Love ChuzeFitness fitness. Friendly staff. Clean. Music isn’t too loud. Two of mostMachines. Lots of variety. Convenient locations. Great gym that isn’t expensive!

Was looking around for a different gym, and had a 7 day free trial. It only took me 1 day to hate this dump. Can’t bring in a bag and it seems like everyone there, members and staff included, had an issue since they couldn’t drop the dirty, judge-mental looks. You’re better off anywhere else but here

Lexi, Bryan, and Jordan have all helped me a few times and they are all great along with the rest of the staff. I am heart broken to leave this gym as it was always clean and staff was amazing! I have moved away so this is not by choice. 100% recommend this location.

Amazing gym! So many options including a theatre room that plays movies while yiu use the treadmill, elliptical or bike. Infrared saunas very clean

I love the facilities and wide range of machines. I am always welcomed upon entry which is a great touch. Most of all though, I love the classes! Ali is my all time favorite trainer and I look forward to getting in the gym to do the class. I love Chuze!

It's a great gym for a great price with everything I need and lovely people at the front desk. The only downside is how crowded it can get. I can't blame others for knowing a good thing when they see it.

I came here searching for a new gym as I belong to another gym chain nearby that recently canceled many group classes and I was interested in Chuze for their many class offerings. I came here twice as part of the 7 day free trial which is a great deal! I loved the classes and the facility was always clean albeit a bit crowded during peak hours but understandable. I was going to join with the highest teir membership to access all the studio classes when in only my second time coming here, my car window was smashed and a backpack was stolen. I understand this is not Chuze's fault and they tried to be helpful in coming out and taking pictures of the incident and the police report case number, but they did say this was the second or third car break in that night alone. They also said that this has been happening a lot and that sometimes whole cars were stolen right out of the parking lot. This happened during a one hour class at around 7pm. I really wanted to love this place but I just do not feel safe coming here. Not to mention, the money I had to spend to repair the window, cost about the same as an entire year of the all access membership I was going to purchase here and I now do not have the funds for both. The point of this review is really just to share my experience and warn other people that if you come to this location, there is more than just a random chance that your car may get broken into, if not completely stolen. I am not sure what else, if anything, Chuze can do to try to stop this but once criminals know they can get away with something in a specific place, it is likely they will come back to repeat the crime. I hope that whoever chooses to come here keeps their car empty, do not leave anything of value that may entice criminals and I hope this Chuze location may be able to look into some solutions to this seemingly common problem.

Well apparently I’ve been paying 30+ to bring a buddy with me to workout and it went well for 5-6 months until today. Idk if the worker was having a bad day or what, but he said I couldn’t workout cuz I was a minor and my buddy couldn’t either, so we left and came back an hr later to cancel my membership and apparently we couldn’t and if we did they were going to charge us 60 or something like that to cancel it. So I do not recommend this place and if u do come and paid for the highest membership, u can’t bring someone even if u have the pass, also the sauna is never working u could spend 10-20 min and don’t sweat at all and some stuff are rude (to be specific the dude with a ponytail).
