My visit to this club during my business travel was fantastic! I called before arrival to schedule tennis plays/ clinics. Everyone was very nice and nice their staff was very accommodating. Wendy Donovan is their tennis director,.. she is a sweet bubbly angel! Love her and my experience there! Thank you!!!

Overly expensive for what you get; a dirty pool and locker area, constantly broken locker room amenities (steam, whirlpool etc.), dated building. Equipment is diverse, but aging. Overcrowded spaces and disrespectful patrons do not make it more pleasant. Parking is impossible. For what you pay it should be a top notch club!...But it's close to home, and location is everything!

I love my gym. I'm so at home here. Sure, it's not the latest-greatest suburban monstrosity like 24 hour fitness, but it has everything I want in a gym and more. My son has blossomed as a tennis player under Wendy's expert tutelage. I use …

This location is TERRIBLE. We entered into the 2 week "free" trial they give you and the sales representative told us the wrong date we could cancel and now are locked into a 3 month membership at this crap gym. The rep never responded to any email or call, even with his boss and the general manager on the email. His supervisor won't respond to you either and makes no attempt to make customers happy. Terrible customer service, so unimpressed with these people. Take your business elsewhere or at least get everything in writing.

If you are looking for a family friendly club, this is it! My kids take swim lessons, practice tennis, play basketball, play racquetball, and run inside when the weather is bad. The club seems to be under new management because there has been an infusion of activities for kids and adults in the past 6 months. I get a great workout, my kids play and learn, and most importantly, we get some great family time with the various BBQs the club hosts. The 4th of July one was awesome!I hope my five stars help increase the ratings for this club. Corporate billing issues should not influence one's overall experience with the club; the staff is friendly, hard-working, and the club is clean. (I also love that they have free coffee.)

I've been with CAC Monaco for over a year and a half, after being at The Sporting Club at Cherry Creek for 10 years. This place is by far superior. The people are nice and friendly, have never had an issue with billing and the best part is that when I go to work out at lunch time there is NEVER anyone there. Nearly have the place to myself. It is kid friendly, unlike the CCAC, where they make families go through a separate entrance to get to the pool. I don't play tennis, but it appears that the courts are well maintained and there seems to be empty courts much of the time. I would highly recommend this gym.

Monaco CAC is one of the oldest clubs in Denver and it shows-- not becuase the place is run down, but more becuase the design of the facility is stuck in the 60's. If you are looking for a giant wharehouse style gym with an open concept this is not the place for you. All in all the equipment is very nice, the locker rooms are clean and spacious and the activites offered are much better than most big-box gyms-- tennis, outside pool, racquetball, running track, deli with beer on tap, daily classes.... They have child care and we have had no issues. The kids can play, eat, watch movies or read-- not sure what people expect for 2 hour child care on other reviews, but keeping my kids happy and safe is all we wanted. I give 3 stars to the Monaco CAC for 3 main reasons. (1) the parking is terrible, (2) the pool inside the gym is dark and does not feel welcoming what-so-ever, and (3) the layout of the gym is so awkward and feels claustrophobic. The whole place needs demolished and remodeled but that isn't going to happen, so take it for what it is-- a decent gym in the city without the crowds of the big-box gyms.
