Cannot say enough great things about this place! I’ve been training with Olivia for about a year and a half now and it’s changed my life in every way. I first came here because I wanted to get stronger and Olivia has helped me gain so much strength and confidence. She pushes me more than I would push myself during my workouts and I see results towards my goals every month during check-ins. Olivia keeps the workouts different and interesting so it’s never boring yet always challenging. I highly recommend this place!!

I've been working with Kristina G for the better part of the last year. Each session she always has a personalized plan to improve my strengths and weaknesses. After tearing my achilles, I had terrible balance and she has helped me get right. While getting me in better shape, she has always had the right mix of being motivational and challenging. I'm probably going to go to two session a week as I'm really happy with my results.I've been a member at Commit for the last few years and I have had nothing but great experiences with all of my private trainers, but Kristina is my favorite so far. The entire staff is great, nice/new equipment at the gym, and it's never too crowed. I've never been an avid gym-er and working out has never been high on my priority list, so me writing this review is a massive endorsement in itself. Highly recommend.

I have been training at Commit Fitness since October 2022, and I must say that it has been my favorite personal training experience so far! Right from the start, they made an effort to understand my goals as a fall 2023 bride and found a trainer who would help me achieve those goals effectively. When they opened the LoHi location, I was excited and got to meet my current coach, Sarah Bomers.I cannot express enough admiration for Sarah - she is amazing! Sarah takes the time to understand my goals and provides me with continuous coaching and support to help me show up as the best version of myself during training sessions. Besides, she makes every session so much fun by hyping me up and creating a supportive environment.Thanks to Sarah's coaching, I have not only lost stubborn weight and body fat that I never thought I could lose, but I have also gained muscle mass, confidence in the gym, and am in the best shape I have been in years! If you are a bride looking to feel your best on your wedding day, Sarah is the perfect coach for you. And if you are searching for confidence and strength to look and feel your best, Sarah is the trainer you need!

Amazing workouts and energy! We are partner training with Brady and he keeps the workouts moving at a great pace and it's a plan that we could not put together and motivate ourselves for ourselves. We leave feeling the perfect level of initial fatigue but energized and motivated for the rest of the day/week.

I have been working out at Commit Fitness for just under a year now and have seen amazing results. I have weekly private training sessions with Brady and have had such a great experience!!! He really took the time to understand my goals, and then created a workout routine specially tailored to reach those goals. Brady is enthusiastic, energetic and really invested in creating a workout environment that is high energy and fun. I look forward to coming in and being challenged. I can’t recommend Commit Fitness enough! I started working out with Olivia when I was 3 months pregnant and she helped me with my goals throughout pregnancy and now postpartum. Olivia is always encouraging and extremely skilled in tailoring each workout to my exact needs. I'm so, so happy I started working out at Commit ~9 months ago. The energy is great and everyone there is super supportive. I have been working with Olivia weekly in my private sessions and she is amazing. She helps me form my monthly and long term goals and really pushes me to execute them. I even look forward to waking up early on Mondays to work with Olivia :D I've seen and felt such a transformation since starting here and would recommend to anyone.

Brides, if you’re looking for an intensive, doable, and fun training program - look no further! I did a lot of shopping around and investigating while looking for the perfect training program before my wedding… I was highly impressed by the ratings at Commit Fitness and decided to give it a try - I’m so glad I did!This studio really feels more like a family than a ‘transaction.’ All of the trainers are so friendly, they all go out of their way to greet each client that walks in the door.I worked with Olivia for 6 months and cannot recommend her enough. My only wish is that I had started even sooner!During our first session, we did a weigh-in on an inBody machine, chatted about the differences I wanted to see and my personal eating/workout habits. We set attainable goals and hit the ground running. Olivia is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging - I love that she taught me a wide variety of workouts and (immensely) helped with my form so that I’ll be able to continue all of them on my own. No two days are exactly alike, she mixes things up and keeps sessions challenging by pushing you but also respecting your limits. She makes working out so much fun and genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients and their successes. I learned SO much about weightlifting and general health from Olivia. While ultimately the number on the scale is not what I had hoped for, I now understand that it’s so much more than that and am pleased with my results - the before and after photos they take are a huge testament to this!! I could go on and on, but if you’re thinking about it, just do it!!

I would give this gym a 10 if I could. Commit fitness is the first gym that I have seen results. I am very motivated but I have been motivated at other gyms without the results. There are monthly check in's which keeps me motivated.Working with my trainer, Olivia is amazing. She is not only funny but she is incredibly knowledgeable. She keeps the exercises interesting and challenges me. She is the first trainer that I have ever worked with that I feel is in this with me and my success is her success. I can't recommend Olivia and Commit fitness enough.

Commit fitness is a great little trainer-focused gym in my neighborhood. I started going when I was pregnant because it said on their website that their trainers are certified to safely train pre- and postpartum women. I'm three months postpartum now and will continue to train there because I've had such a good experience. The trainers there are all super friendly and genuinely seem to care about you and how you're doing, no matter what sort of goals you have in mind. Specifically, Olivia is fantastic. She's exactly what anyone should want in a personal trainer: her workouts are always varied and challenging, she's a stickler for form, and she's always upbeat and encouraging, but in a real way- not a cheesy way. I've worked with a ton of different trainers and she's truly a gem!
