This truly is my favorite CrossFit gym I've been a part of in my years doing the sport. The owner & head coach, Tom is an outstanding human who genuinely cares for the well being of all his affiliates. The coaches (who are hilarious and so attentive) and programming are top notch... but I think the sense of community is truly what takes this place to the next level. I'm so happy I decided to join this gym!

This is an amazing gym with great coaches. They make classes so much fun! The owner, Tom, is a great guy too. I haven’t been in CrossFit for that long so the attention to detail that comes from him and all the coaches on my form and ways to scale to get stronger while being safe is exactly what I needed. Also, scheduling is easy and time slots are made available throughout the day for open gym. Sometimes I can’t get childcare for the classes so this is a big bonus. I can’t say enough about this gym. I would definitely recommend it as I will be a member of this community for years to come! Love this place.

This is by far the best gym I've been a part of in the 8 years I've done Crossfit. The coaches are professional, classes run on time, the programming is excellent, and it's a fun place to be. Highly recommend!

This gym is top notch. The owner, Tom, is extremely professional and focused on running a great business, with attention to detail. The coaching here is excellent - a lot of training and thought is given to providing a high level experience. I learn something new every time, from the basics to the difficult. Points of performance on every movement are given and demonstrated every class. The programming is well thought out. The community is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things! Even after I moved, I drive 20 minutes to come here. A great gym is hard to find!

Awesome gym with great equipment. Extremely clean and had an inviting atmosphere. Went here for a drop in, the owner responded quickly to all my questions, was super accommodating to my schedule changes and made everything easy. Will be returning to this gym for all future trips to Denver!
