I had the opportunity to attend a CrossFit related seminar this weekend at CFE and to meet the owners/operators of the facility. CFE has a very organized professional clean look from the second you step in the door. Although I did not get to participate in a workout (we were there for the seminar) if the classes are run half as well as the building I would put them in the top few gyms I have visited ranging from all over the west coast. I look forward to my next visit to CFE!

Originally I started as a member of the CrossFit Eminence community, and currently am a part of the amazing coaching staff within Eminence. As a member I realized that Lindsey and Kris Marcelli are far more than fantastic coaches and owners of the gym, they are committed to making individuals stronger both mentally and physically. Members are treated like friends and family making the strongest sense of community I have ever been a part of. Being a member of other CrossFit gyms, as well as coaching at another facility, I can personally say that CrossFit Eminence is the quintessential CrossFit gym of Colorado.
