I'm a little bit of an older student, so I've been a member of many gyms and the Wellness Center is probably the best ones I've been to - it reminds me of a Lifetime Fitness. The free weights area is awesome! I can say this as a former bodybuilder, and a squat rack always seems to be available. It's clean, equipment is modern and up to date, and it's usually never crowded, even at peak times compared to regular gym standards. My only gripe would be that I wish they were open later and had longer hours on weekends - but go in the morning and you'll pretty much have the gym to yourself.

Remember when nobody voted for this because the Metro rec gym was good enough?Remember when they raised tuition to pay for it, but put someone's name on it because they donated a meager sum?Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing up to date facility with great people, but lacks integrity through the financing and use of available resources on campus.

Pool is typically pretty quiet, but the hours are extremely limited, and too frequently over ridden by unannounced closures.

Gym is nice but if employees who work there stop wandering around/near you when you’re working out. They walk around you like people are going to steal something

This was my gym for the past year and a half and it has been amazing. Everything is always super clean. It is rarely crowded except for peak hours during the school year. In the summer it is almost empty which I personally love. Their power racks are perfect, and they have just about every machine you’ll need. Sid & Diego have great vibes up at the climbing wall and the entire climbing team is welcoming, friendly and ready to help you improve your skills. The only thing I can say is the hours aren’t ideal for everyone but besides that this gym is a 10/10

This has been my gym for a couple years. I'm suprised I havent left a review. It was the last stop on my tour of campus before I decided to attend UC Denver. The staff are very friendly. They always greet me by name. The facility is very clean and the people who frequent the gym always put the weights back so its very organized. I've been to many gyms where this isn't the case and it can be off-putting and frustrating. The other amenities are great too. There's a rock climbing wall, a pool, basketball court, locker both free and for rent, study rooms, and quiet spaces. It's one of the best gyms I've been a member of.

Need improvement with cleaning and just please change the fee so people enjoy themselves at the gym. Make fee more financial better because took from my budget.

Great gym but the weekend hours are just way too short, only adults go there so wouldnt it be better to allow members/students to enter and workout as they please? Really weird hours especially if you are wanting to pay for it
