This gym is great, and of great value. If you sign up for coaching, you really get good one on one help. The programming you can purchase is definitely for athletes, but if you let the coaches know they’ll scale it for you. Highly recommend!

Incredibly well-equipped Olympic lifting and powerlifting gym with coaches who know how to lift, program and coach. They care equally about every member getting better, from the novice to the elite lifter. And by better I mean actually becoming a good lifter, not ugly lifting big weight.

I joined DBC as a remote athlete back in the winter of 2019 and have had an incredible experience. The coaching, workouts, and community are all top notch. Even more so, the competitions are a blast and after doing one, I’ll make sure to sign up for as many as I can!

I trained at DBC for about six months, and I have to say it's one of my favorite weightlifting gyms I have trained out of to date. Joey has done an incredible job both with providing an excellent space to train in (the big remodel in the …
