New to the Denver area, so wanted to check out the local gyms- had heard great things about DBC, & wasn’t disappointed when I paid a drop-in & went to check it out. Multiple different walk angles, big training areas, etc makes this a super-dope spot for climbers who are training-minded.Later that night I was looking more at the gyms website & noticed that there was a weekly membership option, which I wasn’t told about when I had come the day prior. I went back by the gym & asked to speak with the manager, where I explained my situation & asked if lI could PY the difference for the weekly option, since I hadn’t been told about it the day prior. am new to the area, & am looking for a local climbing gym. To my surprise, she refused, & said that although no one told me about that option, I’d still have to cover the whole cost. Well within her rights, but surprisingly unfriendly, unprofessional, & short-sighted.Regardless, this is a dope spot. Hopefully this is just a certain employee who can’t see the big picture & not the actual manager/owner. Too bad someone like that might scare folks off before they even get a chance to really experience the place.Update: was contacted by manager quickly & situation was resolved. Seemed like a misunderstanding, but cool to see it handled so quickly. This is such a cool gym (both of the 2 locations I went to) & all the staff & members I met were very friendly & inviting.

Loved watching my daughter take bouldering class today. The facility is awesome, and her coach was knowledgeable, encouraging, and helped drive students to do their best. She loves it here!

Super fun climbing gym, love the variety of features as they have everything from slabs to cave climbing. Only two complaints are:1) personaly I'm not a huge fan of their grading system since they do band grading2) wish they used the KAYA climbing appOther than those two trivial complaints this gym is awesome. Definitely can get crowded during peak hours (5pm - 7pm) but that's pretty common with most gyms.

Recently started a monthly 24/7 membership and love the place. There's tons of bouldering problems for people of all levels, and it seems that each wall is reset once a month so there's plenty of time to work on a problem you haven't completed before it disappears and haunts you until the end of time... It's clean and the staff are friendly and communicate well. The community of gym goers is also strong and very positive. Many visits I meet and chat with people while climbing and learn a thing or two. A fantastic choice if you're debating which gym to join in the Denver area. I've only been to central so far, but the membership includes their north and south locations.

the community at DBC is super supportive and notably **unpretentious**. there are some insanely good climbers here, but i’ve never felt intimidated or scoffed at for being casual about the sport. plenty of routes for all skill levels with constant rotation.

we came here on a road trip , we went to a different gym and the setting was a lot less fun than the setting here at Denver bouldering club. We had so much fun trying all the problems, they were very well set. The open doors made for a lot of fresh air it was nice as well. Great place with a lot of walls and training equipment.

This place is great for all ages and all skill levels. If you want a fun, challenging, and judgement free workout, this is the place for you. It tests your mind and body as get your further and further. Everyone here is so nice and supportive. I went climbing later in the night and there were only a few people so I had my pick of climbs

This is a delayed review (I came in early last month) but wanted to give a shout out to Jessie who was so friendly and welcoming. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've ever had coming to a climbing gym and definitely was a highlight on my first visit to Denver. I can see why my friend goes here all the time! And if I lived there I would too. Great vibes. Love it being dog friendly. Keep up the great work 🤙

This place was wonderful and I had a great first time experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The other climbers were happy to help and offer advice and everyone was smiling and having a good time. I highly recommend stopping in. I know I will return very soon.Great work guys!

Great gym, friendly staff, unfortunately terrible business with a serious credit card security/fraud problem. I went to DBC one time and ever since then I've seen tons of charges spread out over the past 18 months that I did not authorize. When I contacted the gym about this issue the staff were friendly but ultimately completely unhelpful and required me to go through my bank to get the charges reversed. These charges have totaled well over $1000 dollars and based on my conversations with them the gym is unwilling or unable to try and stop these from occurring. If you choose to go there, use cash or PayPal but I would never trust them with your CC number.
