I started self defense here because I wanted to be prepared in case a negative situation happens. This place is awesome and creates such a great community. So great in fact that my kids go here for self defense too! The instructors are very knowledgeable and make sure that you walk away from each class having learned something applicable. With the youth, coach Mike is so patient and relates each lesson to life at school. They also have a home school program.

I really liked the location and instruction in my introductory class. But their contracts are very restrictive. They assured me they would contact me if I missed more than a week to try and put a hold on my lessons, but I got sick and missed 2 months and hever heard form anyone. I probably won't re-sign when my mandatory six months is up.

This place has been amazing for my 2 children. We've been members here for over a year and watching them grow and learn means the world to me as a parent. The staff is incredible, the sport is inspiring, and I'm grateful for this school.

Went with my brother who's gone many many times. The facility was very clean, and the staff friendly. Mike was an awesome and very enthusiastic instructor. He made this new experience very fun, and I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

A great place! I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and I love it- everyone is so nice and knowledgeable it makes you feel confident in your skills and provides a great learning environment. Mike and Roy are amazing!

Our boys have been attending classes at Evolve for 6 months or so and they have grown a ton. Physical skills, confidence, and life skills. The instructors have been incredible especially with our challenging 5 year old. They are patient, structured, and engaging. The self control and interactions at Evolve have been great for many aspects of his life, especially school.

My wife and I have been taking private lessons with Josh - excellent experience, customized training for our objectives and one of (if not the only) place in town offering this type of private training. Thanks Josh! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I have enjoyed gaining mental toughness, physical endurance and confidence in everyday encounters. The instructors are real pros, the lessons are practical, and the variety of situations covered span the spectrum of what you could experience at any given time. We don’t live in fear anymore, we have heightened awareness, discernment and preparedness for knowing what to do in a number of situations. These guys are great to work with and class members are fun to be with and respectful. Highly recommended.

Let me start off by saying thank you to Mike, Josh and Marcela for such a wonderful experience. The cardio kickboxing Class by Marcela is not for the faint of heart. It was well paced, focused on training multiple patterns of motion and was challenging but rewarding. Evolve cares about your progress and cares about you pushing yourself to become more of yourself. I have been training here with my husband for about a year and a half. I love the trainers. They definitely care about each individual person. It feels so nice to not be another number for a membership sale. They will treat you like a friend and are very personable. And I always appreciate the type of humor they use.The only thing I wish is that they have a couples membership as my husband and I each pay for an individual membership. So, its a little pricey for us.
