I love the F45 Cory Merrill community. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. They go out of their way to make personal connections with their athletes. I appreciate the variety of workouts so it never gets boring. There is a good mix of cardio, weightlifting and challenge with every class. Truly something for everyone.

I moved across the country a little over a month ago and joined F45- Cory Merrill. I have nothing but good things to say. The F45 community has seriously made me feel so at home already. Each class somebody new is introducing themselves to me and motivating me to get my workout done. Not to mention, I’ve never walked though the door and not been greeted with a smile from my coaches. These people genuinely care and they truly make it more than a gym or workout class! I look forward to going every day I can.

I’ve been going to F45 Cory Merrill for a about 2 months now and the community really is unmatched. I go about 5-6 days a week and I’ve seen a huge change in my body with the goals I have had for myself (gaining lean muscle mass in my case). I recommend it 100%, all the coaches are super helpful and motivating! Every day is awesome here.

Just finished my 10 day trial at F45 Cory Merrill. Absolutely loved it, the training atmosphere is great! Loved doing this to switch up my traditional strength training/lifting. The trainers are very knowledgable and motivating making each and every class a new challenge!

The best studio that can exist!I was really lazy to go to the gym and tried several places but it never worked, I lost my money and since I met F45 everything has changed for me. they always do something different and motivate me to give more of myself. now without a problem I can be there at 6:00 am when I never did.In addition to helping us stay in shape and giving us tips and advice on how to eat and feel good about ourselves. We are a great team and friends… I feel very lucky to meet this place and be part of a great community. Thanks !

F45 - Cory Merrill is a great workout! Each day the classes are different which makes it exciting and challenging. It is also a great blend of different cardio exercises as well as weight-training. The classes go by very fast and is such a great way to work out!

Best Studio Ever!!I've been attending Cory Merrill for about a month now, this place is phenomenal!!! The workouts are great, music selections are on point! No clock here so time FLIES BY!! Coaches are great, they are encouraging and help you perform workouts with correct forms! Don't hesitate, come join this Community! I LOVE it here!!

So much energy and community at this studio! It’s the best way to start my day. Join this Fit-Fam and you will not regret it. The variety of workouts ensures you’re never bored and is a good distraction from the burn. Class sizes are great and I never feel like the coaches can’t correct form if needed. Most importantly, the coaches are amazing!!

After a long time without working out I started in f45 Cory Merrill a few months ago and I finally found a place where I really enjoy working out. The coaches are amazing and they’re always helping you with any modifications you need. The classes are really fun and the people is super nice. I’d definitely recommend this place
