I wanted to thank Katey, Kacey, Rob and Justin for the awesome, motivating, and uplifting experience. All of you combined helped me enjoy working out and provided a comfortable atmosphere where I can be myself and move at my own pace but encouraged me to challenge myself! Unfortunately due to the novel around COVID-19, I had to uproot and leave the area :(. I wanted to provide epic before and after pictures! I might still since you all were the beginning of my lifestyle change. Again, THANK YOU ALL, will miss you and wish nothing but prosperity to you all!If you are considering working out at a smaller more personal gym, I highly recommend this location!

Fit Industries is a great gym with an amazing atmosphere! I would highly suggest you check them out! Also if you are looking to maximize performance the V02 testing is a top notch way to get you in the optimal zone!

I have been working out at Fit Industries since it opened in mid July with Justin. I signed up for the 6 week challenge and I lost 5% body fat! The classes are always different, creative and well planned. The trainers are personable and friendly and remember specific limitations/injuries certain people have so they can modify the exercises. I highly recommend trying a class at this gym!

I completed the 42 day challenge. I absolutely love the trainers and never once felt intimidated. They have classes at convenient times of that day and small class sizes so you are more focused on! 100% recommend this gym! Ask for Katy!

Love this gym! All of the trainers are so nice and not intimidating whatsoever. The classes are great for any level of fitness, and they have a good variety of workouts. Definitely recommend this program for anyone looking for the support they need to hit their weight and fitness goals.

I started working out at Fit Industries after learning about their 6 week challenge. I just finished the challenge and lost 9.5lbs and am amazed how accountable and consistent their approach has kept me. The best part is I'm motivated and excited rather then discouraged and ready to quit (as I've felt each time I've tried to change my diet and exercise routine on my own).All the trainers are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and fun, and their classes push me way farther than I would do myself. They have a great variety of class times allowing me to go before work, during lunch hour, or after! I recieved a grocery store list, a meal plan, an online accountability group, and a trainer checking in weekly to make sure I'm staying on track!Fit Industries was a great jump start at the beginning, but it's made such a difference and I enjoy it so much that I decided to sign up for a monthly membership to keep growing!
