LoHi gym is ideal for busy folks that want flexible hours at their leisure. Small but precise working equipment for a full workout. And because I am not a resident they charged me by the month etc with no initiation fees. Perfect for me.

Great gym! Clean equipment, they make incredible use of a small space and has everything you could need to get a fantastic workout in.Special shout out to Hannah! Very welcoming atmosphere at the front desk that started my workout off with a good laugh.

I visit Denver every few months and need a place to work out during the week. LoHi Athletic Club is the only place around the Denver area that will do day or week passes for a reasonable price without being a CO resident! Can't beat the 24/7 access, too! Great facility with every piece of equipment for all types of workouts! I will definitely come back for week passes when I stay in Denver.

I love this gym. Owners are so friendly, crowds are super thin and manageable. It's also clear that your money is being put to good use as upgrades are constant and effective!

Small space, but not always crowded and has the equipment you need. I was staying with a friend for a couple weeks and management allowed me to pay weekly until I no longer lived in the area. The 24h access is also a nice perk!

Been a member for about 5 months and I love this place. It’s walking distance from my house so it’s super easy to get to, it’s often not that crowded which is a HUGE plus for me (I tried vasa before this and absolutely hated how packed it was) and it really has everything you need. It’s pricy for what it is but honestly I don’t mind because it keeps people out. I’ve never done any of the classes but that’s a nice perk too.

I've been a member of this club for 6 months, and it has been an awesome experience. Clean facilities with consistent upgrading and rearranging of space, friendly staff, and I absolutely love the 12-1 Yoga classes hosted here. Jeni is an incredible yoga instructor - would recommend for all experience and comfort levels!

Such a great neighborhood gym in SunnySide/highlands. The new owners have already made great changes to the facility by adding more equipment and updating areas. Also with 24 hr access with key card it is very convenient for those who work odd schedules. Thanks for providing an affordable clean gym for the highlands area! Highly recommend
