Good bouldering-only gym for the size. The yoga teachers' approaches are diverse enough, but there are some that are to my liking and others whose class I'll probably never attend again.Cons:-Indoor bike parking space could be improved / enlarged-Bouldering problems tend to linger around too longPros-Good spaces for non-bouldering exercise-Great hours-Sufficient community eventsEdit:I also wanted to mention that the comp wall set up lasts far too long. Less people approach / climb the comp walls resulting in the other climbing areas being packed.

The gym is spacious, clean, and well laid out. The atmosphere was really nice and I got to climb for free because it was my first time and Friday. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they set their routes based on hold color instead of labeling routes. The result of this is every orange v4-6 route begins to feel the same, as each color of hold has a “feel,” with some colors being more jugs, some colors being more crimps, and some more slopers. For me, I was mostly climbing the orange and pink routes, v4-v7, but they began to feel the same. When I wanted more variety and went down to v3-v5 range, it felt as if everything was jugs due to the color. When I went up to v6-v8, the difficulty and hold variety made it nearly impossible for me to make progress. The gym was overall excellent and I liked the route setting for what it was, however I think limiting the difficulty of climbs to specific colors greatly limits the variety of routes, and made me feel as if there were only 2 colors really worth trying if I wanted to enjoy myself.Edit: I’m lowering my rating as after reading other reviews from the past several years, it appears the gym is unreceptive to criticism and it doesn’t appear they’ve addressed any concerns of their reviewers. Not even a comment replying to a single review. Despite being a nice gym, if I’m not interested in your routes, there’s plenty of other gyms around that at least listen to their patrons.

It's a great gym. Was much better before the merger. Seems like all they do now is keep raising membership rates.

I joined Movement a few years ago and over the last 2 years I’ve spent most of my time at movement RiNo. The staff is so friendly. From greeting you at the front desk , most of them know me by name, they will walk around the gym itself and chat with you. Everyone has always been great. The facility is great for bouldering. The yoga classes are awesome as well. (I mostly take Andrew’s classes.) they always have fun events and put a lot of energy into making this place great.
