I dropped by in July and Amanda welcomed me and was very hospitable. The Gym has everything a Weightlifting or Powerlifting athlete needs to be successful and a nice community of gym goers

The equipment and space are great, and the owners care about everyone who comes into their gym. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The best training facility in Denver! Full Olympic weightlifting program and powerlifting program with great coaches. The best part of this gym, outside from the great equipment and location, is the people. Everyone is super supportive and welcoming. Amanda and Josh are incredible people and owners, and Ryan is very attentive and cares about technique first when working with both new and experienced Olympic weightlifting athletes

Went in with a client to document a session for herClient and I both tried to contact owners or management to no avail, came in to manager no where to be found. As I was filling my water bottle a woman approached me very aggressively asking if I was with a member. Which seems rhetorical as the front doors are locked and would obviously need to come in with a member. Said woman then began to address my client in the most unprofessional way I’ve ever witnessed. Inappropriate tone and body language toward the both of us 1) before I even said anything, 2) when my client was being kind and understanding and trying to listen. We didn’t get a word in befor the terrible attitude and unwillingness to communicate overflowed from her mouth. Who ever this woman was IN FRONT OF ME told my client “it’s not that I don’t think you’re great we just want a certain type of people in here”Yikes. Not only does that sound awful to people who want to be fit and healthy but it is never a way to talk to a client ESPECIALLY one who’s not being aggressive AND WHOS MONEY YOU ALREADY HAVE TAKEN.Not all things work out and that’s okay. But your acting manager was completely out of line and probably could use a training course on customer service and MINDSET. She escalated before my client could even get over to the water fountain to say “she’s with me”.I shoot competition lifters every season and know exactly where not to send them.

Such a great gym with allll the good toys run by great people. Couldn’t be happier to support them and the community they’ve cultivated.

I was a member here for a year before moving and it was my favorite gym in Denver! They have all the right CrossFit/barbell equipment with 24/7 access so you can do what you want, when you want. Ultimate open gym! The owners are super nice and helpful, and the rest of the members are a lot of fun.
