I love the structure most, and the motivation. The instructors really know how to keep you going even when you feel like giving up. I also love the inclusion of the technology! Allows me to better motivate myself each day and track my progress. It’s probably the first workout routine that I actually enjoy, and I’ve tried all kinds!

OTF is dynamic and matches the fitness level of the person engaging in the work out. The best way I can explain it is, when I started I could only walk during the treadmill portion of class. Walking at different inclines was enough to …

I like that I never know what kind of workout it is going to be, so I can't avoid the days that involve workouts that aren't my favorite. I also like that people of all different fitness levels attend. Lewi has great playlists and Anne, …

Awesome workouts and great coaches. I will say that the front desk staff who look like they have never exercised a day in their life are on a massive power trip. I was 3 minutes late to a class and they treated me like I had committed a …

I love that it balances keeping things individually competative and using the team atmosphere. I can watch my heart rate, and watch my splat points to hold myself accountable. Love the group energy of everyone around you working hard. Music is usually spot on (I'm not too picky) I just like it to be loud and high energy. I love that the coaches have taken the time to know my name and they know they can push me too. The interval workout is satisfying on all sorts of levels, get a great cardio and weight work out. No doubt I've gotten so much stronger since I started. I rave about OTF to everyone. I haven't found a group fitness workout that I've loved this much since leaving my collegiate athletic team. And that's saying a lot, because I'm pretty sure I've tried everything out there. Thanks for all the great work outs. You all are amazing!!
