Super lo-key neighborhood gym that offers a lot in its tiny foot print. 4 stars because its a good gym, -1 star because like any small gym theres always room for improvement. Its important to realize this isnt the East Bank Club, Houstonian, or Athlete's Performance. This is a straightforward , no nonsense, gym. You show up to work up a sweat and then you GTFO. Know that it is open only to neighborhood residents, primarily home owners (or their renters) in the Glass House and adjacent condos and townhomes. Its never crowded. Which is the best part. There's a good amount of space here and because of that there are free weights, cardio machines, a multi use space, yoga studio, and cycling studio.Everyone who works here is kind. They take care of the gym really well, its clean. There are always clean towels. The desk is staffed 95% of the time.

River Front Athletic Club is so desperate for members that they stoop to false advertising. When I registered for a yoga class there through the Mind Body app, they refused me entry to the club saying I didn't live within their required geographic area.

I’d like to join but can’t even sign up. I’ve called on two occasions and stopped by on an additional two occasions. Clearly no one works at the front desk

Very convenient if you live in Glasshouse. Staff is great, equipments are good and are kept in good shape, and enough floor space even during crowded mornings. Clean bathrooms and has crossfit area as well on the upper floor. Whether you are planning to do cardio, or lift weights or row, this gym is recommended! You can also view and book trainer led classes via Mindbody app.

Really great place especially for people used to places like golds, or 24. Really good facilities, nice staff who make an effort to know you on a first name basis, and hardly ever crowded. 10/10.
