Trained under the guidance of their professionals and ended up with a wrist injury I’m still feeling months later. Not the place for me.

100% recommend this gym! I've been going to Jai for about a year now and I can't say enough good things. The programming is smart - TJ is thoughtful about all of the workouts we do. They're able to program for a huge range of fitness levels and never compromise the quality of my individual experience. The coaches are great, they're helpful, encouraging, and they clearly care about the wellness of everyone in the class. Last but definitely not least is the other members - everyone is so welcoming and nice!

Favorite hour of my day! Love this gym. I joined a few months ago when I felt like I needed a change. I was terrified at first, but TJ has a great program for newbies and the people that go to this gym are so awesome! The coaches are fantastic and I'm learning something every time I go. I've never felt stronger and more in control of my body and life in general. I always leave feeling great about myself. Thanks Cross Fit Jai!

I've been a member of this gym for over 3 years now. The number one thing for me that this gym holds above all is Coach:Athlete ratio. This is very key and is the reason I am still here. You won't be one of 20 athlete's vying for the …

I started here because of the schedule, and have stayed for over 2 years because of the people and the programming. The workouts are solid, class sizes are usually reasonable, and the coaches are helpful. If I had to, it would be hard to leave this place.

Five year crossfitter - this is my favorite gym of all. TJ and the rest of the coaches know what they're doing, but more importantly they love coaching. Family atmosphere and great programming!

Love this place. What drew me into Jai was the individual attention the coaches put into each member. I feel lucky to have found such a genuine and welcoming community. So much thought and care are put into programming the classes. No matter your level, try Jai.

Great gym. I have been doing the WODs here for just over a month and I really enjoy the atmosphere, people and workouts. I really only have a couple of other gyms to compare it to, so there is not a lot I can say that they do differently. However, everyone at the gym loves it, and I see very little turnover. The coaches are very good at going through the motions of each lift before we do it. Also, during the WODs they are constantly walking around and improving form. I think the main issues with gyms would be big classes that allow people to go unsupervised. This is not the case since classes are generally limited to 8 people. The schedule has plenty of times throughout the day to fit most peoples' schedules. The actual gym is kept clean, has a lot of nice equipment and is growing with the addition of a whole new section of the building.I would definitely recommend anyone to trying out Jai.
