I’ve been a lifter most of my life. This gym is one of the few that covers all bases (powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit or just regular maintenance) very well. Customer base ranges from regular people getting or staying in shape to serious competition types. The gym staff is extremely friendly. The facilities are impeccably clean. A true 5 star gym.

We rented out the training room for our sons 1st birthday party last weekend and the Brick House Staff went above and beyond to make Oliver's party a success!!! Our guests loved the facility also. They were wonderful in communication, contract, etc. Can't say enough great things. We appreciate you! Such a great option in Bondurant if you are looking to host an event!

new facility, friendly and helpful staff. good price!. wish they would open longer hrs on sunday. running track not always available since they have other events going on.

Feels like family here. Joining a new gym is hard enough without the judgement and cliques. This place has none of that. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and feels like you've known them forever. Plus the center has everything you need, and more, to get in shape.
