I travel to the LA-Downey area for business and I needed a crossfit gym to workout. I absolutely love attending this place. The coaches were helpful and instructive during my visit. The people in class were super friendly. They have more equipment than the typical crossfit gyms that I have attended. I'm looking forward to my next visit to throw down with this awesome group!

I absolutely love this place! My wife and I have been going here for years and it’s truly one of our favorite places to be at. The coaches are great and knowledgeable. The owner is an amazing person that really cares about his members. Any bad reviews of this place are just wrong as they never actually showed up to experience a class. My entire family literally workout here and loves this lol ace. Show up for a great workout that you will not regret!!

Best place I’ve been to. The coaches Art and Dorian are amazing and very knowledgeable. I was scared at first but they made me feel welcomed. They definitely help me out a lot since I’m very new to CrossFit. Everyone is so nice, with such a great atmosphere I want to go more often. I really enjoy going. Thank you coaches!!!!

DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT!!!! You will regret they are unprofessional, instructors are not licensed !!! They owner never pick up the phone and is the only point of contact

Training program is great, the coaches are well knowledged and helpful. Plenty of equipment for the workouts. I've been CrossFitting for over 5 years and have been to multiple "Boxes" but I happy to call this one my home!

Drop in friendly.Plenty of accessible parking.Knowledgable staff.Also, located in plaza with plenty of spots to eat and/or drink.
