If you're looking for a personal trainer with abundant knowledge, patience, experience, and flexibility, Christine is the personal trainer for you. I have been with Christine for over a year and my progress would have been impossible without her.When I first met Christine, I was dealing with debilitating back issues. With her help and the use of her many resources, my progress with both with my back and strength training (and of course, losing inches) has been significant and steady. She has been incredibly patient working with me when back issues re-emerge, but she has been incredibly helpful in getting me back to working order.She is also very flexible with scheduling. She works with you to ensure you're able to make your sessions and make up sessions as necessary.Christine is willing to put in the work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Thanks to her, I am much stronger now than when I first met her. I'm excited to see further progress and what the future holds.

Christine is an amazing personal trainer as she is willing to work with any busy schedule.She trains around any health problems; I have heart problems and she was able to find different workouts to accommodate me. I started late April 2023 and have seen results , moreover, my cardiologist has mentioned today how much improvement she saw in my results from stress test with only a month of working out from the workouts.I’m positive within a year of commitment and motivation I will not only improve my health but will see drastic gains.Look no further, this is the best gym you will find. First session is free so give it a shot, there is nothing to lose.

It's a great place to get a great workout. Christine is always conscientious of helping alter workouts if you have any past injuries or current issues while still pushing you. There's a great sense of community here which has always been important to me.

Christine is the absolute best trainer. I chose her after meeting with over 10 trainers during a three week span when I moved to the area. During the initial consultation, Christine was very thorough and detailed with her observations and able to identify form deficiencies and weak points. She listened very closely to my goals and came up with a plan to achieve it. Unlike commercial gyms, she didn’t pressure me and put on her sales hat. She simply focused on listening to what I wanted, asking me several questions, and assessing my current fitness routine and form.After a few months, I could not be happier with every aspect of working with her. She has several different routines to create good variety. She keeps the heart rate elevated through cardio intervals and fast pace functional movements and pushes me hard, never letting me fall short of the goal for reps. Perhaps most importantly, she meticulously watches every single rep and analyzes the form until I get it right. Simply put, she is great at what she does, and I can see both my own results and how happy her other clients are.Another thing I like about Christine is that she plays the role of fitness doctor basically. She tells me what exercises to focus on at home and what things I can do before meeting her so that I could maximize the benefit of my time with her. She is always open to questions and remembers to follow up and answer my questions in person…. And also makes sure that the exercises/stretching that I do at home are being done correctly. Every time we meet she shows me something new to try at home for a focus area where I need improvement.Lastly, she does morning and night fairly small group classes that are as good as meeting her for 1:1. The classes are very high pace HIIT type classes that use weights, focus on functional movements and also provide a good cardio workout.I highly recommend Christine as a trainer. Fit from the Ground up not only provides an all inclusive environment, it also helps you make your fitness dreams into a reality.From bootcamp classes, buddy training and personal training, this gym provides it all.The best part of it all is the owner Christine is kind, friendly, but most importantly EXTREMELY knowledgeable in her field.Within 8 sessions of training (1 month) with her she helped me drop 4 percent body fat (losing fat was my goal) and build muscle.If you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle or just have a fresh breath of entertainment of working out, this place is your go to. Its fun, challenging, non-judgmental and the owner is really passionate in helping others reach their fitness goals.Go check it out and get fit!

I wanted to give personal training a try since I’ve never been in shape before and so far I love it. I’ve been training with Christine over a month now and she makes every session different and fun. I can’t say it’s easy because I feel like I’m pushed to my limit every time but that’s why I’m doing this in the first place—to have someone motivate and push me where I know I couldn’t have pushed myself. Give this place a try if you’re looking for a gym, the people and atmosphere are great!

I was looking to lose weight and get out of the plateau I had hit after the holidays. After searching & reading multiple reviews online, I found Fit From The Ground Up on and decided to give it a shot. I got in contact with Christine and she gave me a consultation soon after. Even though i was nervous, she made me feel comfortable/welcome right off the bat. I had signed up for a month but after some sessions, I decided to sign up for 3 months. She challenges me every session with intense workouts but I can honestly say that getting in contact with Christine was the best decision I could have made for myself. Within 12 weeks of training with her I got out of my rut and lost 12 pounds! If you are trying to lose weight and need a personal trainer, Christine is your girl!!! Trust me, you wont regret it.

I've been a member of FFTGU since October 2015. Everyone is there to support and encourage each other. Christine's boot camp class in awesome, The prices are affordable and well worth it. Christine the owner offers different payment plans that help meet your financial needs. All the trainers are great! For those looking for a personal trainer Ariela is amazing!! I admire her work, she has helped me push myself to accomplish my fitness goals! I look forward daily to going to the gym. Everyone is like family!! I absolutely love FFTGU! I signed my daughter up who is 10yrs old. She love going to classdaily and love how all of the trainers are so friendly and want to see her do well. I appreciate all of the encouragement everyone gives her. I have seen her confidence and self esteem grow so much!! Thank you FFTGU!!!

I have worked with Christine since April 2016 and cannot recommend her highly enough. I tried taking her boot camp classes and after almost giving up she offered to work with me one on one which I immediately thought I would not be able to afford but Christine made it easy by offering a payment plan that worked for me. After personal training with Christine for almost 6 months I am now able to take her classes as well. I have lost 60+ lbs. and I feel better than ever. Christine truly cares about getting you healthy and has knowledge about diet and offers health advice that is valuable to the workouts that she provides. I am thankful for what Christine has helped me accomplish. She is an incredible personal trainer.
