At pledge the coaches are amazing, the people there motivate you and push you to strive for better. This place right here is my happy place, and I say that in all honesty. If you're having a bad day come here pledge will make it better. If you're having a good day come here and it will get even better. Crossfit Pledge Fitness has helped me not only physical but mentally. It helps me everyday to want to improve my lifestyle.
