Clean facility with great vibes inside. Basically 2 types of workout studios within 1 building, something for everyone- HIIT side, and a strength side. Smoothie bar too. And the trainers are top notch. If you want to get stronger, shed pounds, or just feel and move better, check this place out.

A year ago, I thought I was “in shape” going to the gym 3 days a week and doing my own mediocre workouts at home. I ate whatever I wanted, when I wanted and had no regard for what it may be doing to my body. Flash forward to now.....I really began my fitness journey a year ago with TFL FITNESS CENTER and the results have been tremendous. I’ve always been “thin” but never have I ever felt so confident in my my own body and my ability to improve it on all levels. Learning what to eat and what not to eat was the easy part. Actually doing it and sticking to it as much as I possibly can is tough. I can’t wait to see what this year brings in my fitness journey. I’ve been personal training with Cesar at TFL for almost a year. Cesar is very knowledgeable in fitness and diet. I’ve gained strength and flexibility at a faster rate than a previous gym since training at TFL. Cesar is able to dynamically customizes my workout routines to force me to my limits to get the best results. The reason I continue to train at TFL is the results I’m getting in strength, flexibility, and appearance.

I have my reasons for not liking this place. Be aware they do not have kinesiology degrees they are only certified trainers. I would recommend that you look into kilfit down the street they are trained professionals. Remember you get what you pay for and you don't want to suffer for the rest of your life.
