Worst experience I ever had. When you ask for help on the sessions instead of helping you will be blame for anything. Worst customer service. Super stressful skip yourself from a nightmare. Be ready cause they will throw with everything that they can. But help. Not professional at all.

Worst experience EVER! They took my money but failed to provide ANY services or accommodate to my safety or needs! When I asked for a refund for failure to provide services they said “NOPE” and will continue to charge you! Sorry but not sorry!!!!

I have been with Ubfit for 3 years now honestly its been a great experience I had my first trainer for 2 years he had to relocate out of state and I didn't want to stop training I was able to get paired with a different trainer within 24 hours and I love her she takes her time to teach me each exercise Thank you VivianThank you Ubfit this has definitely helped me to stay active and healthy
