Save yourself, the business practices and policies are shady. If for any reason you ever have to cancel your classes it will take an act of congress, the military and God to get out. When your parents told you trouble was easy to get in and hard to get out, Bangkok Boxing Fitness is what they were talking about.

I made and met many good friends here. The people are supportive and has a good mindset on getting fit through the pandemic. They provide different type of classes for your preference. Ex) partner work, groups or individual focus. Try out their first class for free, I was able to learn a lot about form from their coaches. Learn to read your contract before signing and you can always talk/ email them with concerns and questions.

On my first trial I had a terrible experience. I showed up 20 minutes before class so I could have direction and got a little information from the front desk. They advised me the head coach is out and the assistant coach would be teaching. Class was supposed to start at 6 pm and the coach did not walk in until 6:20. While I sat in a chair waiting for direction the assistant coach never acknowledged me and gave me no direction. I sat waiting for almost 40 minutes and the asst coach started his class with children. I came for a challenge and for someone that would push me but your assistant coach is the complete opposite of the expectations. I walked out when he started his class and do not plan to come back.

I've been training for 5 months with this gym and i can say honestly I've lost 30+ pounds this was a step up from wrestling i love training there all love for the gym

The year came up they continue to take money out of my bank account after I call and emailed them That I no longer want their services and they still continue to take money in my bank account...These people are some thief.It’s very hard and frustrating to end the contract.. After multiple calls no one can help you...
