We are there 7 mornings a week It is a great gym with a terrific manager and employees. We have met the greatest people at this gym. It’s clean machines work and we feel very comfortable there

AWFUL. I’ve been a member for 4 years and never experienced such a bad customer service from the employees at this specific location. Fake blond female employee treated us horrible and did not let my guest work out. She wanted to test the gym and now we both prefer to test other gyms. Teach your workers some manners.

This location is currently doesn't have running water. You can work out however if you need to refresh with some water or shower or use the bathroom unfortunately you will not be able.

I've been to at least 3 other PFs around town and overall this is my favorite!The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed.Some of the other gyms are larger, a few have other amenities for Black Card or other equipment, but I think the combination of location, staff and equipment I enjoy at Duluth make it my favorite by far.

The experience this morning at this gym was the worst! I’ve a Planet fitness membership and my friend has a Black Card membership. This morning like ever other morning for the last two months I’ve been goin with my friend with the black card membership. We enter the gym, she swipes her card at the front desk and I give them my phone number which was entered into there system by a planet fitness employee. This morning, there was a unfamiliar person working an a familiar employee there. The unfamiliar guy said he couldn’t find my number in the system, and I said this has never happened before. He began telling me the number wasn’t showing up and proceeded to tell me he was the owner/manager. He called the police on me, which was unnecessary and made a scene once they came in, the other employee stated he found my info, but the employee who put the info in the system put one number in wrong. I was followed by the police to my locker an escorted out. I wouldn’t recommend no one to this facility that’s racially motivated by the manager. There slogan is fake, and it is a JUDGEMENT based zone!🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾
