I've been going to Orangetheory in Meadowmont since October 2019 & I love the workouts, the staff & the friends I've made.After my first class I thought I was going to die, but I came back & kept coming back. I started at 2 days a week, but now I go 5-6 times a week. I'm not the fastest or the strongest, but I never feel judged & I have a good time.All the coaches & staff are really knowledgeable & supportive. The workouts are super challenging & intense, but doable & we all have a good time, even at 5am.

I adore OTF!! It totally changed my life and I love how the coaches can modify workouts if you have any limitations. It’s also based on your own capabilities, so you can increase your speed/incline on the treadmill, wattage on the row machine, or weights for strength training as you see fit (and it doesn’t feel like a competition with the person next to you). The staff here is also so incredibly friendly and they make you feel like family!

I absolutely love attending classes at Orangetheory Fitness Chapel Hill Meadowmont! The Sales Associates, Assistant Studio Manager, Studio Manager, and coaches are all friendly, helpful, and have taken the time to get to know me and help make my experience customized and fun. The hour I spend there each day is my favorite hour of the day, and I’ve made a lot of friends through our shared passion of attending this studio’s classes. The studio is also always impeccably clean which I appreciate. Tyler is also an amazing coach. He is extremely technical and always summarizes how each portion of the workout on each separate station works together to help us become better, faster, and stronger. Taking his classes has made me a faster runner, has helped me lift heavier on the weight floor, and has definitely helped improve my rowing form, as he has taken the time to educate me on proper rowing form. I would highly recommend this studio!

Charley and Jesse really helped me out recently with a miscommunication with old management. They got me completely refunded!! They were professional and handled the whole thing really well (even when I was very upset at first!).

I get pushed in a way that I wouldn’t be able to do by myself! It really helps my running and endurance. Plus I love Coach Glenn and Coach Cristin because they challenge me to be my best!

Everything! Been working out in Chapel Hill and Durham for 4 + years. Love the High Intensity Interval workout. Love "wrecking" my body 3 to 4 times per week. Love the staff and the coaches and the community. Cory Gibson is my all time favorite and first coach ever but really enjoy all the coaches. Shout out to Ron in Durham. He's awesome too. I've referred lots of people and will continue to do so. Also love going to other OT's when I travel but the studios in the Triangle are the best managed studios I've been to. Thanks! I love the challenge of completing a class and being able to compete with my previous workouts. I'm also a huge fan of 2000s hip-hop so the music is always great. The coaches are great and are always there to help with any modifications I may need because of my shoulder.

I normally don't write reviews but I really love Orangetheory here at Meadowmont. The female manager is very friendly and helps me whenever I have an issue with my heart monitor, booking sessions, or even general questions. I was very concerned about not being able to keep up with the classes but she assured me that I could workout at my own pace and made a note to ask the instructor to keep an eye out for me to ensure I was doing the correct forms.I joined about 3 weeks ago and was very hesitant in the beginning but I really love the workouts and the staff here. They address any issues/feedbacks/recommendations to improvements right away which makes me feel as a true valued customer.

A lot of times I find it hard to motivate myself to workout and if I go to the gym by myself I don't know what to do when I get there. OrangeTheory has been INCREDIBLE for me! I love the group fitness aspect of it because it reminds me of my summer workouts and training for volleyball from high school way back in the day. The coaches always come with so much energy and push you to do your best. Even if you don't know anyone in the class it never feels weird or uncomfortable. I also find that if I don't workout in the morning then I'm probably not going to be working out that day. LOVE that they have 5 am classes so I can get a workout in before work with plenty of time to get ready and it also wakes me right up!
