OT was an excellent total body workout! Trainer was awesome, motivating, and energy was even better. I'll be back! Thanks to the nice staff, too!

I love the friendly and supportive staff. The studio is clean and kept up. I love the structure of the workouts and how the personal trainer motivates you to do your best.

In December, I was in the worst shape that I've ever been in; in March, I'm much improved. Some weight-loss, good strength development, and an obvious shift in my overall body shape. It's expensive, it's hard work, and you have to fit into their schedule; but it's well worth it.

I love this place! And, will definitely be going back. This was the first time I experienced a workout that really tested me for an extended period of time. They have these workouts down to a science and I look forward to trying every variation they’ve created.

I have now been a member of OTF for nearly 2.5 years. They deliver a great workout and their trainers are excellent but there are two major downsides that get more frustrating over time: it is expensive and inflexible. One of my biggest frustrations is with their late cancel policy. You have to schedule your classes ahead of time, and cancellations must occur at least 12 hours ahead of the class. I pay $160 a month for a membership, more than I have ever paid for a gym and much more than a membership at a typical full service gym. Occasionally, I have to late cancel a class, but this happens rarely (once every few months). Despite doing this rarely, EVERY SINGLE TIME I get charged a late cancellation fee of $10. This seems ridiculous to me, and I think given the cost and the inflexibility of scheduling, that as a courtesy to members who pay for the unlimited membership, they should allow 3-4 late cancels a year.

Glenn is the most motivating trainer. Even on mornings after I haven't slept well, I'm so excited to work out with him. One of the most difficult reasons to move away from Chapel Hill is that I won't be at this studio anymore.

Everyday the workouts at OrangeTheory push me past the limits I believe I have. Every person who works there is full of positivity and encouragement. Each workout brings new and different challenges and they are never boring!

The workout is challenging. Every class is unique but also fun. We use a variety of equipment. The coaches are very helpful, motivating and provide details for every exercise. Overall it's a fantastic experience.

Orangetheory classes are the highlight of my day. I can focus entirely on the workout and not my to-do list. I love seeing the progress I have made and feeling how strong my body is, even if I am not the most fit person in the studio. I love the coaches, the playlists, and the staff that make me feel welcome and motivated even on early mornings when the last thing I want to do when my alarm clock goes off is get up and exercise!

Love coming to Orange Theory! The classes are challenging but rewarding, I feel physically great after every class I have taken. The trainers are highly knowledgeable and will correct problems with your form when they see it. I highly recommend for anyone looking for an all around good workout.
