TFL was an amazing gym while I was there. I was nervous to start BJJ as a woman, but Tim and Chris make the fundamentals class so fun and it’s super inclusive. Even in the group classes it can feel tailored to you and they go around making sure you understand the fundamentals. Privates for BJJ and for regular PT wish Chris were great. The only reason I left was because I moved!

TFL is my fourth mma gym, and it is, by far, the best training experience I’ve ever had. The instructors have created a family friendly and positive atmosphere while providing top notch instruction. All three of my sons have trained here as well and love it. I highly recommend people to try TFL out for themselves, and you’ll love being a part of it.

I decided to start kickboxing in July, Train for Life has been the perfect way to start! I appreciate both of the trainers making sure that I am practicing the right techniques and also being patient with me while I have been learning. Kickboxing is a GREAT workout and it doesn't take much time out of your day to go.

I can talk all day about the great team at train for life. The Gym is very welcoming and supportive. The classes are extremely fun with great instructions. The instructors are very friendly and want to see you achieve your goals. Go try a class with Karim, you won't regret it.

Come come! I’ve been training here for about two years now and have been loving it. All of the instructors are simply phenomenal; the coaches/trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and make working out or training super fun.When I joined, I was in really bad physical shape and had some mental health issues from years of bartending, but after working with Karim (a personal trainer/boxing coach) and taking both the TFL and Gracie Jiu Jitsu classes, I’ve become substantially stronger and more confident. My only regret is that I didn’t join the gym years ago.Wether you’re coming to learn kickboxing/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or just want to work out, I highly recommend this gym.

I am not good at working out and hate the gym. The team at Train For Life team especially Karim and Aaron have been so great at teaching me how to work out and motivating me. The climate of the gym is friendly and not intimidating at all. I highly recommend this gym if you are new to working out, bored with your routine, or just looking for a challenge!
