I came into this gym with 2 left feet and never having experienced any boxing or martial arts in my 28 years of life. I agree with the other comments about the friendliness of this place. I recommend Remy if you want a private lesson. Remy is both knowledgeable and respectful. Group classes are a great workout. With COVID 19 they have been doing a good job following guidelines that have been set for them. As a women I feel safe there and now have my 6 year old daughter taking the kids class! She leaves class with a new boost of confidence in herself each time.

So glad I found and joined United when I did (it had been years since I last did Muay Thai, and I’m so happy to be doing something I love again) !They have a fantastic variety of classes and the schedule is super convenient. All of the instructors are amazing, and it really feels like family and a home away from home. Truly a great place to work hard and improve yourself while getting tons of support and encouragement (no judgement)!

My 7 year old daughter and I are signed up. Great workout environment, the staff is A1 (you get more than you pay for), training is moderate to intense, you will learn, and best of all as a beginner its easy to be self conscious but it's a judgement free zone, positive vibes all around

There is only one place that I train when I'm in the area visiting my family. Everyone here makes me feel so welcome walking through their door. I have taken so much of the teachings, from traditional boxing to Muay Thai, and implemented ALL of it into my game. It has definitely given me the edge in competition. No matter what your goals are, "The U" is the place to train. I promise you won't regret it.
