Crunch Fitness Edinburg

I got a membership in pharr location and went to check out the amenities was told I couldn't use at all even if I upgraded because my home gym is pharr i told them I'll transfer they said I couldn't because I live closer to pharr. I asked if I could try it out once I was denied.

Great equipment, facility, location, and price! Lots of machines, weights, and space to do a variety of excercises. Definitely worth it.Update 5/5 very clean, great classes and awesome instructors. I started taking the Ride class over a year ago. Love it, only suggestion to management please service those bikes. They are in need of TLC! Other than that is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ placeRide classes are 🔥 👌Update 9/27/22 Bikes in ride class have had some service done. Also management listens and does their best to accommodate suggestions. Thank you!06/17/23. Definitely worth your money. Clean and good environment 👌 😌08/21/23. No change on my opinion. Great environment and people.

2023 Update I move a lot for work and never had an issue with joining n cancelling however they changed how cancelling works now. it's very annoying. Just to cancel I got charged next month plus annual fees because I was moving and will not be able to use their services. In the past I've never had an issue. There are still great people, new machines, nice workout groups Just be warm about cancelling it will get hairy.

Went for a free trial and was standing at the front desk for awhile, and the receptionist didn't look up from her computer for a good 10 minutes. It was painfully awkward. Need better employees

Staff here has horrible customer service, take forever to charge and are always distracted on their phones or too busy chatting with coworkers. I wanted to buy a protein bar but the girl at the counter was distracted doing something else and didn't seem to notice me for a bit, it seemed as if she was training new hires but they were just messing around and laughing while I was waiting to purchase my protein bar. I've been coming here for a year now and the customer service has always been bad, staff are very unprofessional and I've heard them being rude to customers when asked about their memberships. AC is not always on when it's hot inside almost every time I go, and the same exact songs play on repeat every hour on the speakers.

When paying off my membership at the counter, the girl who I was speaking with was being unprofessional by texting on her phone while I was talking to her. She nearly charged me a late fee, but had corrected herself and said I could pay the membership in advance for that month. Another time I went up to the counter to buy a protein bar, this same girl didn't express any friendly customer service. No hello, and didn't ask if I was paying with cash or card. She was just silent the whole time even when I had said thank you. This girl's name is Evelyn, very unprofessional and always on her phone constantly.

I've been coming here for about a month and a half already. I usually workout between the hours of 9:30 to 11:30 and I can say that it's not too crazy everyday. The equipment is well kept and not treated poorly by other people from what I've seen. The employees are pretty cool and easy going. The only issue I have honestly is that there are not enough machines or spots sometimes so I have to do alternate exercises. I personally feel like 2 full rows of tread mills is overkill. My favorite part of the gym is the hydromassage after a good leg day. Overall, I've had a great experience here and look forward to grinding here daily.

I’m going cuckoo for crunch fitness! Once you enter, the staff gives you a warm welcome, to say hello, how can I help you, or good to see you. They have an open and airy concept, a kids crunch area where you can leave your children for up to two hours and enjoy some downtime and get your fitness on. They have a variety of snacks and drinks and a rest and recovery area. There’s so much to choose from and to do a crunch fitness starting with the plethora of treadmill’s, step machines, ellipticals, bicycles, circuit training, free weights, couple of boxing bags, and an enclosed section for dance and other activities. There’s plenty of room to do whatever you like and download the stresses of your day. Highly recommend finding a crunch spot in your area and get all that you can out of their wonderful programs that they offer. Definitely a must go to place. Well came In with my daughter under the age of 18 and was told NOT Admitted. Wow Was told she needed to get a membership for her $81.00 fee for the $9.00 monthly plan. Dam the wanna pay off the building with in a yr.... lol no cool...

Great equipment, highly recommended variety of classes, and awesome atmosphere. I can believe is not fully packed at peak hours, although the place is huge, I don’t think people are completely aware of this gem. I don’t swim but I like to try workout classes so It perfectly fits my needs. I got a good full membership with contract and honesty I feel I should pay more lol. Good job crunch fitness!
