The ladies restroom is always so filthy! The soap dispenser has been empty for the past nearly two weeks now. I have mentioned to the personnel at the front desk several times.

Clean place but one of the lady at the front was so rude and didn’t give a tour or offer another staff member to give a tour so I won’t be returning to this establishment. Poor customer service.

Horrible service. They kept making mistakes on the date I opened my account. I have been trying to speak to a manager for about a year to fix it and no one is ever available. Several members of the staff have admitted they had poorly trained personnel who made multiple mistakes similar to mine and yet they won’t fix the problem. Now, they are putting more road blocks to cancel not only my account but my minor child’s account. Horrible

I’ve been a member to this gym for about a year now. I’ve noticed the lady’s lockers have been more cleaner I wanna give thanks to the young lady that keeps them clean and organized during the afternoon. I personality think she’s doing a hard good work keeping it clean for everyone all the time we gotta keep in my mind that people walk in more in the afternoons

Is there no rule about taking pictures at the gym? Something has to be done about members constantly taking pictures at the gym. I pay for my membership too and I have to stop my workout just so that they can have a photo session because I don’t want to come out in the background of their pictures. It is also ridiculously hot in this gym all day & night!

When we ask them to put a movie on in the movie room they never do. Why have a movie room if you can’t put a movie on. Girls showers are never cleaned.
