The gym is welcoming for all ages and sizes. This is a place where I feel safe and eager to learn functional movement There isn’t any intimidation often felt at many gyms. It is an inclusive space. Come see what it is all about. The first workout is free!

Four years in and not much has changed. Still a wonderful and welcoming community. While offering some of the best fitness I have experienced. It's more than a gym. You have to experience it for yourself. First class is always free. But be warned, you will get hooked pretty quickly.

I am just obsessed with working out at Empowerhouse! You won’t find a more welcoming and inclusive community to be a part of! I’m currently 7 months pregnant and the trainers have been helping me maintain my strength and mobility throughout pregnancy. They are always ready to help me make any necessary modifications and encourage me every step of the way. I’m so thankful for them!

Love this gym!! Such a great community of positive, encouraging people. The coaches are all knowledgeable and really work with you to maintain proper form and push you in a good way to improve. I’m so glad I am a part of this community!
