Mercy Fitness Center - Edmond I-35

They refuse to cancel over the phone and require you to go in to cancel a membership.They're only going downhill. They seem to have stopped maintenance. See other comments about all the broken stuff. They make excuses and keep taking people's money while making it hard to get them to stop. It is borderline predatory.I'll see if being the biggest a-hole I possibly can on the phone will get results for cancelling but it shouldn't come to an infantry veteran getting angry and chewing/cussing out underlings and making them feel as worthless as possible because of management stupidity to cancel a membership. Saying "Here's my name and account number, stop charging me" should be all it takes.

Every single time I'm in Edmond - I visit Mercy Gym. I love it. One ask I’d have - is this possible to make a weekly guest membership?Since 12 USD per day sounds expensive :)

Don't go here unless you get in for free, not worth the moneyCan't use the pool as it's always class time for kids, hot tub been broken for 2 months, plenty of broken gym equipment, and only one row machine, and the sauna was out for 3 weeks but hey that's back up again. Also for the pricetag they run out of towels far to oftenApparently a great swim program for kids though

The only bad thing is that they close when ever they want and open on Sunday when they want, and the excuse is for the holiday lol tomorrow is July 4 I can get my fireworks tomorrow morning, to me is like the gym is stealing your money and the money from the people the work there and the people that attend the gym when you put all the hours they chop plus the days in a year you stole a month from everyone everything else is good and people are friendly

Five months in and the results are REMARKABLE! Cannot thank "Logan" enough for the professionalism, perseverance and loads of patience he has shown to get this olde lady on the road to a stronger, more resilient bod'. Could not have done this without him!

Love this place. Lots of options from group classes, walking area, many machines, weight training equipment, boot camp area, etc. I was sold on the pool. I do wish there was a schedule when the children's swimming lessons were held. I think the children should be confined to the smaller pool area and that they were only there at specific times. The lap pool should only be for the adults. This my only complaint. Otherwise the facility is wonderful.

Used to be a great facility. They can't seem to keep key features working (hor tub, sauna). It's hard to find a lane in the pool that is open due to the increasing number of swimming lessons they offer. Add to that things just seem dingy anymore it isn't worth the price point.

The employees are all so friendly and helpful and don't make you feel bad when you know you are asking stupid questions.

Big gym with lots of different areas to workout in! Lockers rooms are always very clean and taken care of. Definitely recommend!
