This is an amazing gym, great people, great atmosphere, and amazing workers who are always there to help with whatever needed. I’m always greeted by Russel in the morning who is nothing but amazing whether it’s talking about my lift for the day or how things are going for prep he’s always there to help with anything!

i was traveling through edmond about 3 weeks ago for a business trip, ended up stopping here to burn off a few calories, and the staff was more then happy to show me around and help me with the things i needed. russell took care of me and actually shared a bit of knowledge to help me get a great workout. 💪🏽 we need more staff like this in other gyms

By far the best gym I’ve been to, Russell showed me around and really helped me out, he definitely has a lot of knowledge and was really helpful with explaining everything. The place should be called 5 star instead of 4 star lol

This is a great gym! The gym doesn’t do the workout for you but it helps when your gym is a community. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The child care is convenient and flexible. The equipment is nice and well taken care of. It’s a great local gym with 24/7 access. Love it here!
