Fabulous classes with skilled instructors that give you a variety of options consisting of high and low impact so even if you are brand new you will get a good and safe workout. I've made lifelong friends along the way. Give it a try and come join the dance party!!

I first became a regular Jazzerciser in the early 80's. Twenty plus years later, I let life get in the way and I stopped going. I'm back again and loving how I feel. The instructors are all so much fun, and the program is good for my body and my health.
