Excellent facility, they keep the place extremely clean and sanitized. If you are in need of an excellent personal trainer contact the gym and schedule a session with Adam Bowen. Adam is one of the best educated trainers in the state; and with his attention to detail, you wont' be disappointed when working with him.

Don’t be fooled by the fancy locker room and design. Since the return fromCovid this place has gone downhill. The last time I was there the group fitness room floor had debris and hair balls on it. Recently they have lost a lot of good group ex instructors. Why the mass exodus? There is a huge lack of communication at this gym. Classes are canceled randomly , front deskDoesn’t know what’s going on. They nickel and dime you like crazy! Often there is no trainer on the floor where the equipment is. Very unsafe. I would think long and hard before joining!

Great place to get some water exercises in. Staff is super friendly
