Mercy Fitness is a huge health complex full of all kinds of physicians. The doctors are top notch and the interior is new and comfortable. The only thing bad is the typical waiting associated with and medical facility.

New facility, lots of equipment, clean locker rooms with complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, tissue, blow dryers, towels, toilet paper, wood lockers, carpeting. It has a pool for laps, 25 person Jacuzzi, sauna, free weights, nautilus equipment, classes, personal trainers and tons of rich white chicks in yoga pants!

The Integrated Program was perfect for me. I was struggling with posture and mobility issues because of severe scoliosis. The Integrated Program allows an entry into physical exercise suited to individual needs. The Professionals in this health club are far superior to any club I have attended. They are kind and helpful and they know their business. Their input helped create the ideal environment for me to progress and feel accomplishment. I now have the confidence that I am making a big difference in my life through the beautiful I-35 Health Club. I highly recommend this program for older adults.
