Great place to get fit or just work out some stiffness. It offers personal training, some group activities, child care, family fitness, individual workouts, and great smoothies. The entire staff are professional, kind, and helpful. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a gym to check OHB out.

OHB is absolutely the BEST gym I have ever belonged to! I have been training there for 5 years, and I work out at least 5 times a week. I have an amazing trainer! I love the equipment, the friendliness of the staff, the family atmosphere and the cleanliness of the gym. I highly recommend OHB!

OHB is a perfect sized gym. I workout 4x per week and they have everything I need and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The owner, Steve Clausen, and his team are top-notch and they create a fun, family atmosphere while remaining rooted in a deeply serious commitment to fitness. Their morning boot camp is simply the best! I recently turned 40 and am in the best shape I have been in for years. Join OHB and join the family!

I wanted to start working out due to health reasons, but I didn’t know where to start and I didn’t want to hurt myself. So I signed up for personal training with Leroy! I can’t speak enough of Leroy and his professionalism and patience! He has never once made me feel uncomfortable or laughed at my complete lack of coordination and knowledge. He breaks things down for me so I understand exactly what muscle groups I’m targeting and why. He also gives me ideas of what I can do at home to reach my goals. If you are on the fence about doing personal training, please take this review as your cue to give it a shot!I’d also like to mention that the staff genuinely care about you and make efforts to get to know you personally. It really does seem like a family!
