I love the energy that The staff provides. It totally helps me get through the workout. The front desk staff to the coaches are all happy and I like how the workouts are different everyday. The coaches are really thorough telling us what to do and how to do it and they help with form for an overall better workout. My days are better because of Orangetheory! Thank you all 🧡

I’ve been looking for something to fit my style and this feels like it. Why? I can’t trust myself to do it alone, and I don’t find a personal trainer to be effective. I need a group. Here’s why I like OTF.It’s a group exercise although I don’t really talk much with the group. That’s not the point.I control how hard I push but have positive peer pressure to pushDigital heart rate tracking and gamification helps me because I like numbers. The different zones give me motivation to try harder.I don’t have to think about which exercise to do nextIt was awkward to start up but the crew is naturally welcoming to create an experience that I want to be at.Good luck on your journey.

I’ve been going to OTF for years. I’ve been to several locations - the Edmond team is special group of people and make this so much more than a workout. It’s a happy & constant part of my routine.

Was a little nervous starting my fitness journey again after being out of a gym or routine for over a year. I knew this would be the best way to get me back and give me the accountability I needed, but nevertheless I was nervous. However, I was made to feel welcomed and encouraged here! Steven was such a great reassurance in helping me get started. And once I took my first class with Halley, I was all in! She was so motivating and grounded and never once made me feel out of place. I found a new home in Orange Theory because of these first encounters of what the Orange Theory family is.

I was choosing to continue jogging on the treadmill during the breaks. The trainer came up to me and told me this was a strength day and if I wanted to do my own thing to go to 10 gym. So that’s what I recommend. You should go to 10 gym and save 70 dollars a month over going to a place where the trainer chooses to make the work out all about himself.

I feel humiliated! So I got there 15 minutes early and they couldn't fit me in...AND I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Apparently they need more time for the paperwork. They could let me finish up the paperwork then join but no. They sent me out the door. Poor customer service! I don't recommend this place at all!

What do I love about Orange Theory? EVERYTHING!! My OTF workout is the most comprehensive fitness program I have ever experienced. I have never considered myself athletic or fit or knowledgable about working out at all. Slowly (but surely) though I have seen myself becoming that. I am absolutely addicted. I love the challenge and the burn and the sense of accomplishment in pushing myself to do more. My only regret is not starting this endeavor as a young person. Turning 58 in just a few days and I'm definitely chasing #MoreLife!

I made the best fitness decision of my life over 2 years ago when I joined OTF. Yes, it’s high intensity; yes, it’s challenging; and yes it’s a commitment. But the coaches and staff are committed to providing the best experience possible. I enjoy having peace of mind knowing I will always have the best instruction and coaching to maximize my workout and results!
