The instructors are super encouraging and they’ll help you through the process of getting started and throwing your first punches. You can go at your own pace and just attend for fitness maintenance or you can advance your boxing skills to try and compete. Stephanie and Joe are there to assist you with whatever your goals are!

Stephanie was very kind and great with instructions. This is the perfect place if you want to not just get a good workout but learn boxing technique. If you want to visit give a call first for directions because gps will take you to the wrong location.

Im very happy that I started coming here! The instructors are great with everyone. I haven't been coming here for long but you can really tell that Stephanie and Joe want whats best for everyone that shows up.

My 8 year old son was interested in learning about boxing. I was interested in finding something he and I could do together. We are so happy we found this place. From the moment we stepped into this gym we were treated like family. Joe and Stephanie were very welcoming and even provided us a free week of classes before we made any commitment. My son was welcomed by the coaches and other members. He loved that he was treated like a member and not like a child. The classes are excellent workouts and very enjoyable. This is a no pressure, no judgement environment. I highly recommend you check out RoughHouse boxing if you're looking for an awesome place to box! You will not be disappointed.

Not much of a fitness person but every time I’ve gone in there the trainers have been super friendly! I learn a lot and they push you to do better everyday that you are there. You learn a lot of techniques and you can get into shape really fast. If you haven’t tried the first free week of the gym you need to do it!
