Love this place! It is a great cardio workout. The first class is the hardest because you’re learning the moves but all the classes after that are so much fun! The instructors are amazing and so helpful and welcoming. Everyone in the class is so sweet and helpful too! This is a great way to have fun and workout to great music!

**Update** I went in for a free class in May. Came back in June and I'm down 28 pounds!I'm a mother of 3 and it has been extremely difficult to workout and lose weight with children especially a toddler. I needed support and Brittany, the trainers, and clients all showed me nothing but love and support. I found my team! I'm so grateful! My energy, endurance and strength has finally come back to me. It feels amazing!

Great atmosphere! Highly recommend for any level of fitness. Gyms can be intimidating, Studio 88 staff makes you feel right at home! Also very well-kept & easy parking.

Great environment to shed some pounds in a fun and upbeat manner. The Trainer/Owner has taken time to strategically ensure that classes are tailored individually for maximum results. I absolutely love The Stu!!

I love Studio 88! Every time I go I enjoy myself. The workouts are challenging, there's a family atmosphere, and Britt is encouraging and friendly. I love that anyone can join the classes no matter their fitness level.

Studio 88 is a great place to workout. They have a variety of classes (Xtreme Hip Hop Step is my fave). The instructor is knowledgeable and cares about every person who comes in. If you want to lose weight or tone up while having fun this is the spot!

I have loved this gun since the day that I started. The vibe is always on 10 and everyone treats you like they’ve known you forever. I actually look forward to working out because it’s not just a workout we have fun as well!! You definitely won’t regret walking through those doors!!

Not only are you burning calories and fat you also have fun with Xtreme step. Boot camp is fun and also challenging.Brit the owner is amazing. The best fun, energetic, fitness gym hands down.

Deciding to reach out to this gym off the explore page has to be one of the smartest things I’ve done. I’the first photo is me after a year of Covid lockdown, a move cross country, working from home and eating and drinking unhealthy. I was the biggest I’d ever weighed but was not happy. The next is me abs my fiancé working out at the STU @5:45am. The last photo is me today. The owner/coach is a great human that loves her craft and shows in how she runs the facility fitting for all ages and, physique, and work levels.
