Pros: Lots of dumbbells, facility is clean, not a bad gym for most students or people into bodybuilding, employees are cool.Cons: Functional trainers are usually out of order, a bunch of Keiser pressurized equipment that kind of just takes up space, only two squat racks, no platforms for Olympic lifts or deadlifts.

Boy. Been using this gym for my whole undergrad and still can't muster up the courage to deadlift in front of them jack up mugs across the room xD anyway, gym stays clean , good variety of equipment. Locker rooms are a good size/have enough showers. And free for students? So make the most of it!

It's a college gym. It's fine, a lot of equipment, and a lot of college students. Some more aggro than others, and sometimes people blare offensive music but if you have headphones, or go during certain times of the day, it's solid. Pretty clean and organized. They keep up with it pretty well.

Really nice, well kept facility. One of the things actually worth paying for on this campus. Hours are decent most of the time, but winter hours aren't as flexible with schedules of people who work evenings so that could improve. Overall satisfied with equipment availability.

The facility is great and the workout area is large. I usually go around 5am, and there are only like a couple of other guests there, so I'm definitely able to get more done here in a faster amount of time. I also, like that they separate the cardio machines and the track from the weights. It helps mitigate foot traffic tremendously. I would give it 5 stars, but there is only like one or two friendly staff members there. The rest of them either don't greet you or speak to you. Also, parking is a problem as the wellness center seems to share a parking lot with the neighboring apartment complex. This means that, even if I get there right when they open, I'm usually forced to park on the other side of the building due to the apartment residents taking up all of the spots in the front. Everything else is wonderful. Clean facility and a good range of equipment.

The UCO Wellness Center has a great selection of machines and free classes to take for students. The instructors are very nice and helpful, and don't make you feel judged for your lack of athletic ability!

It's good just not the best gym I've been to. They have alot of machines, but ones that aren't really that great for working out.

It is a bi-level gym that has two full basketball courts on the first floor with full male and female locker rooms. The second floor consists of a indoor track, cardio equipment and a lifting area. The lifting has many machines and free weights, though wouldn't recommend for olimpic style lighting. The downside is the price if not a student it is $15 a visit or $300 and up a year and you need to buy a parking pass. But otherwise free to students.
