You knowI love this place!Even a visit with not quite hot water....still the closest I can get to a 'spa day's for the non-la, de, da like me!Clean, safe....always lots of parking...swell, non predatory, 24hr a day atmosphere....how many places can say that!!!

I’ve started my Black Card Membership with Planet Fitness two weeks ago and a week after that I decided to switch to the Classic membership, but the person who switched it for me didn’t inform me that I would lose all the benefits of the Black Card for the rest of the month that I paid for. In fact, I was able to use the hydromassage couple of times after that by just telling the person at the front desk, today I wanted to use the hydromassage and I asked the person standing at the front desk whose name was Randy. I was surprised by attitude because he yelled at me and talked to me in inappropriate way while I was trying to explain to him. Randy told me that I lost all benefits from the moment of changing the membership type, not the end of the month, which doesn’t make any sense to me because I’ve already paid for it and if I knew that this is the case I would’ve waited to the end of the month to change it.

Just joined the gym a week ago in lakeside because my niece goes there got the black card membership so I can go at my house too Because I stay weekend and Lake Side. Went today at 7 AM when you’re supposed to be open and there was a lot of people outside waiting. Waited for 45 minutes then called the Eastlake store to talk to the manager and they said that this happens a lot at this particular location. She said she was gonna call the regional manager to let them know what happened. I got up extra early so I can get there and go to my nephews game this is unacceptable 45 minutes and then had to leave other people are very upset. And to find out this location has a history of doing this. I was going to cancel my membership with shoes but I don’t know now we’ll see how this goes management needs to fix this

As of recently there has really been a lack of urgency when it comes to opening the gym on time. Last saturday me along many others, sat waiting outside to wait for the gyn to open which is at 7am. I waited till about 7:40 and still never opened, even went to starbucks and passed by to still nothing. Now this morning it was the same exact issue. Mind you its pouring rain and will be all day. They open at 5am. Plenty of us take the time to come in the mornings before work so we can do what we have to do to keep our goal intact. This is the only issue i've ever encountered, but frankly its a huge issue.

Very good gym and love the people there always positive energy going around.

I have recently changed my workout hours and now have the opportunity to meet with other employees at the Planet Fitness Gym in Lakeside. Pono P. and Randy have been very helpful when I have approached them with any questions or concerns. They are very attentive and possess very positive attitudes. When I first became a member of this club, I thought the work for these guys was easy and not enough. But I was wrong, we demand to much attention from these guys and they stay pretty busy taking care of the place and its members. Please thank these two gentlemen for their outstanding customer service!!!

I was really surprised at how clean. They have little carts with antibacterial wipes and sprays so after you're done using the equipment you can wipe everything down for the next person. Other than that it's just like every other gym. But the people are nice and friendly and everything looks very new

Everyone’s is friendly and helpful here. One of the cleanest gyms I been too. By far my favorite gym to come get my workout done.
