Very bad service owner is not good guy not coming!😡 …

Over priced I don’t want to be paying no more but since I got locked in for the full year I can cancel my membership I have tried but they said no.

My membership was revoked from this gym after I had to tell the office manager who was loudly talking, swearing and laughing with another staff member for a straight hour to take her conversation into the office because she was distracting others from working out. Not sure what rules I broke either as this was never explained to me. Perhaps embarrassing the manager in front of the guy she’s trying to impress after confronting her about her rude and childish behavior is a major no-no at AF but I guess I’ll never know since nobody has emailed me back yet to explain. Been working out for 20 years and have never been to a gym with such unprofessional management.

Over price. Mirrors are dirty bathrooms have also been dirty lately. Only sign up to this gym because it's on my way to work.. but would of rather gone back to planet fitness. The water station to fill your water bottle hasn't been working for weeks. Garbage bins usually full so I'm sure staff is hardly in. Need better house keeping

been trying to freeze an account and I've been calling the office to talk and speak with the manager for over 3 months now and even when I walk in she's never there or she's always busy I've sent so many emails and I've called for so many times I'm getting tired of trying for this long another reason for leaving this low rating is for so many times I've called and the workers answer but they always the manager will call us back. but here I am writing this review. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE BY MANAGERS & WORKERS

I saw a previous post regarding the same issue, I went to the gym around 230 pm yesterday 10/24/2022 and the door was locked and the keyfob wouldnt open the door. The hours state that there are no employees from 2pm-3pm so I am wondering if they are deadbolting the door when they leave? Kinda stinks when I passed 3 other Anytime locations to work out closer to home after work, just to be turned away by not being able to get in...

This Anytime Fitness is a new. It has new equipment and looks great. It's hard not to have new gym envy.

Ok. So this is a new gym and they are getting everything in place and settling in, I get it. I was extremely pleased until recently. Yesterday there were no towels, which isn't even a big deal. I bring my own. But this morning the door seemed to be broken as it was turning everyone away and no one could access the gym with our FOBS. Four different people tried our FOBS separately one at a time, waited a few moments for a click that never came, then gave up. It was frustrating to say the least considering the name is Anytime Fitness so you really just expect one thing from them. To be able to workout anytime. As long as this is a solitary issue though I will revise my review with time.Edited: There have been no further hiccups or lockouts and after discussing it with them I have upgraded my review.
