So many fitness places coming up and they offer so much. But what they don't have is simplicity and a kind environment. Ive been here for a number of years. The staff is great, facility has all that you need but the atmosphere is the key. I just want to workout and keep it simple. This is the best part. I workout, feel good when I'm done and say have a nice day to the staff. I believe most people are this way.

This rating isn't for the gym itself, but for the massage team.I used to be a member of this gym years ago, and it's a decent facility. It's usually pretty clean, but it was a 30 minute drive for me, so I go to a different gym now.The massage team is excellent. I saw Terry twice a month for almost 2 years, and when I got back from the military I started going again. She is a master at her craft, she knows how to manipulate and navigate muscle so that it unwinds and relaxes. She also won't squeeze the absolute living piss out of you, as I've had from other massages. Her massages are excellent for recovery from a hard week of working out, or just to relieve stress and relax and have fun.

I have been a member for a couple years and really enjoy this gym. It's not loud, are staff and clientele are nice, and I can usually use all the equipment that I need for my workouts except at the busiest times where you might have to wait for a squat rack. But that's at any gym. I don't personally use the other services, but my wife uses the pool, the classes, etc, and she seems to really like them.
